To the fullest extent permitted by law, WitData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WitData, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of QualifAI or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief.
